Catholic schools are responding to the call to open their doors to students with disabilities in increasing numbers yet need support and guidance to effectively build more inclusive environments. This program builds the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of Catholic school principals and teacher leaders to develop school-wide systems, structures, and practices to support all learners.

Participants will:

· Use Church documents to make a case for implementing inclusive approaches in Catholic Schools

· Apply a variety of measures to establish the baseline of readiness of their school for implementing inclusive practice.

· Create an implementation plan for initiating inclusive approaches in Catholic schools.
